Biographies

Melanie K. St Franc is a real estate investor, licensed Realtor®, and financial professional based in Providence, Rhode Island, with a focus on value-add multifamily investments.

Born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, Melanie developed a strong work ethic at an early age. She was actively involved in horseback riding and dance, competing in regional dance competitions in Boston. Her early love of travel led her to visit 11 countries, including Aruba, the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, Canada, the Dominican Republic, France, Haiti, Italy, Mexico, Tortola, and Turks & Caicos. These experiences sparked a deep interest in international culture and global business.

Driven by this curiosity, Melanie pursued higher education at Johnson & Wales University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international business with a concentration in Finance. Motivated and academically advanced, she completed her senior year of high school concurrently with her freshman year of college. She later earned an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Services Management. While completing her studies, Melanie remained highly active and worked part-time as a Pilates instructor and personal trainer.

Following graduation, Melanie began her career at an accounting firm in Warwick, Rhode Island, where she has acquired over 11 years of experience in financial services. During this time, she married her husband and built a family. She is a proud stepmother to a daughter currently attending PennVet Veterinary School and a mother to two sons.

Melanie’s personal and professional life is firmly rooted in her faith. She believes that integrity, stewardship, and service are foundational to lasting success, and she approaches both business and relationships with these principles in mind. Her faith guides her decision-making, reinforces discipline during challenging seasons, and shapes her commitment to operating with honesty, responsibility, and respect for others. She views real estate investing not only as a vehicle for financial growth, but also as an opportunity to create stability, improve housing, and positively impact families and communities.

Melanie’s passion for real estate investing began to take shape in 2019, when she and her husband joined a national real estate mentorship program, Fortunebuilders, to deepen their understanding of property investment. After completing the program, shifting market conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic delayed early projects; however, through persistence and disciplined execution, they successfully completed their first residential rehab in 2022, followed by additional projects within the same year. Since then, they have completed multiple rehabilitation projects and acquired townhouse-style rental properties.

In September 2025, Melanie and her husband advanced their investment strategy by joining the Multifamily Mindset mentorship program to focus on acquiring larger multifamily assets. Their current strategy targets 20+ unit Class B and Class C properties with value-add opportunities designed to generate strong cash flow and long-term equity. These acquisitions are pursued through syndication structures in partnership with experienced operators.

Melanie’s approach to real estate is grounded in conservative underwriting, disciplined financial management, and a commitment to creating value for both investors and the communities in which she invests.

Investors can trust Melanie’s approach because it is grounded in disciplined financial analysis, conservative underwriting, and a long-term perspective on risk management. With over a decade of experience in financial services and accounting, she brings a strong understanding of cash flow, capital preservation, and responsible leverage to every investment decision. Melanie prioritizes transparency, clear communication, and alignment of interests, ensuring that investment strategies are structured with the goal of protecting principal while pursuing sustainable returns. Her commitment to thorough due diligence, ethical operations, and consistent execution provides investors with confidence across varying market cycles.

Alix A. St Franc Jr. is a real estate investor, business owner, and operations professional based in Providence, Rhode Island, with a focus on value-add multifamily investments.

Born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Alix developed resilience, discipline, and a strong sense of community at an early age. He was actively involved in sports, including soccer and basketball, and spent much of his youth engaged with peers in his neighborhood. Academically gifted, Alix grew up in a family with multiple professors, which instilled in him a deep respect for education and created a high standard for achievement. As he progressed in school, he naturally gravitated toward leadership, forming study groups and helping others learn early signs of his ability to teach, lead, and bring people together.

From a young age, Alix demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset, consistently seeking creative ways to earn income while contributing positively to his community. Prior to his college career, he took on various jobs and completed four years of management studies followed by two years of accounting education. He later secured a position at one of the largest hospitals in Port-au-Prince, serving as an administrative officer in the gynecology department, where he gained early experience in organizational operations and responsibility.

Family and faith have always been central to Alix’s life. At the age of 26, he made the courageous decision to leave Haiti and immigrate to the United States with his daughter in pursuit of greater opportunity. Upon arriving in the U.S., Alix faced the reality that his prior education would not transfer as completed college coursework. Undeterred, he embraced the challenge of starting over academically while working to support his family.

Alix relocated to Rhode Island, where he had extended family, and began working while rebuilding his educational foundation. During this period, he met his future wife and committed himself fully to advancing both his education and career. For six consecutive years, Alix worked a full-time job, a part-time job, and attended school full time—demonstrating extraordinary discipline and perseverance. He earned an associate’s degree in general studies from the Community College of Rhode Island, followed by a Bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College, which enabled him to advance professionally.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Alix is multilingual, speaking Haitian Creole, French, English, and conversational Spanish. He has a passion for traveling and has visited Canada, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Turks & Caicos. After marrying and welcoming two sons, Alix has worked for multiple different companies as a Production Supervisor/Manager and has set his sights on entrepreneurship and long-term wealth creation.

Alix’s personal and professional life is firmly grounded in his faith. He believes that integrity, perseverance, and stewardship are essential to lasting success and strives to reflect these values in every decision he makes. His faith has guided him through significant life transitions, including immigrating to the United States, rebuilding his education, and overcoming professional challenges. He views business not simply as a means of financial advancement, but as a responsibility to serve others, honor commitments, and create opportunities that positively impact families and communities.

Recognizing real estate as a powerful vehicle for financial stability and generational wealth, Alix entered the industry in 2019 by joining a national real estate mentorship program. After completing the program, he immediately began building his business. Despite the significant challenges introduced by the COVID-19 pandemic and shifting housing market conditions, Alix remained committed to execution. Together with his wife, he successfully completed multiple real estate projects, gaining hands-on experience across acquisitions, renovations, and operations.

Today, Alix is focused on expanding his real estate investment strategy into value-add multifamily properties. His objective is to build a larger, more scalable portfolio that generates passive income, long-term equity, and stability for his family and investors. His approach is grounded in disciplined execution, operational efficiency, and a commitment to integrity, faith, and responsible stewardship.

Investors can trust Alix for his disciplined, operation-driven approach and his commitment to long-term value creation. With a strong background in management, accounting, and hands-on execution, he brings a practical understanding of cash flow, efficiency, and risk management to every investment. Alix prioritizes conservative assumptions, thorough due diligence, and transparent communication, ensuring alignment with investor interests. Having personally navigated market disruptions, including the COVID-era housing cycle, he approaches each opportunity with caution, resilience, and a focus on sustainability—providing investors with confidence across changing market conditions.

Our Business Model

Our core business lies within our systems, education and knowledge of the real estate industry. We are connected with a national network of investors that provide continual support and weekly trainings on changes throughout our industry. This process has allowed us to circumvent many pitfalls most novice investors would make. Learning the hard way is not a phrase in our vocabulary, and we certainly would not ask anyone to invest with us if we weren’t confident enough to invest ourselves!

We are here to help you!

We focus on fast response, integrity and over-delivering on customer service. By putting your needs first, whether selling or buying a home, we can help you realize your real estate goals.

Most homeowners have no idea what options are available to them beyond listing a house with a Realtor or trying to sell the house on their own and just hoping for the best. We provide a unique alternative to listing your house on your own or with a Realtor.

When we work directly with a home seller, what we provide can not only make for a smooth transaction, but it can also add up to thousands upon thousands of dollars in savings as compared to selling a home through traditional means.

Your Realtor gets paid a commission for his or her services which is a percentage of the home’s selling price. In most cases, you may also be encouraged to fix up your home and yard to attract more potential buyers – and sometimes it can involve hiring expensive contractors.

In many cases, we buy houses that are distressed and are in need of repairs. Houses with these conditions scare most buyers, and most real estate agents don’t like listing them because they know such houses are hard to sell. We actually enjoy talking to sellers with these types of houses, because we can see the house’s potential value after all the repairs are made; and breathe new life back into them by renovating and improving the condition of the house.

Why Work with Us?

When we work directly with a home seller, what we provide can not only make for a smooth transaction, but it can also add up to thousands upon thousands of dollars in savings as compared to selling a home through traditional means. With the ability to directly purchase homes and make cash offers, we can create extremely fast and hassle-free transactions.

There are many creative ways to help you out of any situation. We pride ourselves on our reputation for working one-on-one with each customer to handle each individual situation; and it’s our goal to make each client feel like we achieved a WIN-WIN scenario.
