Our mission in multifamily investing is to acquire properties with strong value-add potential. Similar to single-family renovation projects, we focus on multifamily properties that require strategic improvements and moderate repairs, rather than major redevelopment. By improving these properties, we create additional value for our investors while enhancing the quality of housing and strengthening the communities in which we invest.
We invest in large multifamily properties with 20 or more units through a structure known as multifamily syndication. In a syndication, there are two main groups involved: Limited Partners and General Partners.
Limited Partners are passive investors who contribute capital to the investment and benefit from the property's income and appreciation without being involved in the day-to-day operations.
General Partners serve as the operators of the investment. They are responsible for identifying the opportunity, managing renovations, overseeing property management, and executing the overall business plan for the property.
We focus on Class B apartment properties located in stable Class B neighborhoods, where there are strong opportunities to improve operations and property quality. By purchasing properties that require light to moderate renovations, we are able to increase occupancy, enhance living conditions for residents, and create long-term value for investors.
