We invest in large 20+ unit Multifamily Properties through Multifamily Syndication. Multifamily Syndication is made up of both Limited Partners and General Partners. Passive Investors are the limited partners who simply invest their money passively and do not have to be involved in the daily operations of the property. The general partners are the operators who are responsible for all aspects of the property.
